My first job was producing shows to a live audience on a weekly basis and I can remember being in various states of anxiety as to whether the show would go well and if my public presentation before the audience would leave me a nervous wreck. I thought it was remarkable at the time, because I had performed in many stage shows and television productions and yet in front of a live audience I was experiencing high anxiety. Since then I have learned some insights about public presentations that might work for you.
